Cancellation & Booking Policy 2024 :

To confirm a booking, 50% deposit has to be taken upfront

The 50% balance & the base fuel cost of proposed charter route, must be paid before departure.

In the unlikely event that a charter is cancelled by the client : If it is more than 14 days prior to charter date, then a full refund will be made. In the event of cancellation within 14 days of charter, a refund will not be made unless due to exceptional circumstances.

In the unlikely event that a charter is cancelled by the company as the boat is non-charterable for reasons out of its own control, for example, but not limited to, mechanical failure - A full refund will be paid immediately.

If the charter is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions affecting the potential navigation safety for example - an alternative date can be considered depending on the vessel’s availability, or a full refund is made immediately.
